Our products are a mixture of factory reworked items and end of lines. The status of each item is clearly indicated in its title so you know what to expect.
Most "Graded" appliances have never been delivered to a customer, but aren't suitable to be sold as brand new. There may be some minor blemishes that are normally limited to the sides and rear of the appliances but all have been thoroughly tested and are sold as new with a full 12 months functional warranty, supported by Hotpoint Service.
New lines are generally end of line items that have been reduced to clear. As you might expect, all items come with a full manufacturers warranty and should arrive in pristine condition.
