Delivery

Delivery is normally within 5 working days to the UK mainland. Please allow up to a further 3 days for deliveries to Scotland. Our delivery company will call to confirm which day and whether a morning or afternoon delivery can be made. Please note: we are only able to ship to the BILLING address that your payment card is registered to.

Refunds

We will only refund in the first 14 days if the product fails to meet the description on the Website or in the manufacturer's brochure. Returns during this period must be authorised by sending an e-mail to ultimasupport@marketworks.com. The carriage cost for these returns will be met by the purchaser and a refund will only be given on the safe undamaged receipt at our depot.

Payment

1.All buyers must checkout via our custom 'Ultimate Graded Appliances Check-Out Site'. (This will assure an accurate and speedy delivery of orders despatched to our customers. VAT is included within all prices).

2. We only accept payment via our secure checkout site. (We do not accept payments by cash, cheques, postal orders or bankers drafts)

3. We accept the following forms of payment: Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards: Visa, Switch/Maestro, Solo, Delta, Electron

Warranty

The manufacturer warrants the products functionally for 12 months from delivery. Cosmetic damage is not covered under warranty. If a fault should develop within this period, please refer to the Manafucturers Manual which will have all the necessary contact information. You will be offered advice on use or arrange for an engineer to visit to undertake a repair. If the engineer cannot repair the product the product may be exchanged with the same or similar model.
